Build qualified sales pipelines, identify customer needs, develop supply-chain and transportation solutions, negotiate deals, and support customer onboarding. Manage stakeholders, monitor French market and competitor developments, maintain Salesforce pipeline visibility, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling in the EMEA region.

Supports Finance ERP transformation by mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes, identifying simplification and automation opportunities, developing SOPs and operating manuals, documenting risks and controls, and coordinating workshops, stakeholder validation, approvals, and repository management across Finance process areas.

Supports the lifecycle, implementation, optimization, automation, and maintenance of enterprise database platforms across on-premises and public cloud environments. Responsibilities include Oracle RAC and GoldenGate administration, performance tuning, upgrades, clustering, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, capacity planning, solution testing, and deployment. Supports warehouse leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding, HR data management, compensation reporting, payroll preparation, HR process rollouts, and office administration. The role is onsite at an Amsterdam warehouse and requires strong knowledge of local labor law, HR administration, communication, organization, Excel, and HR systems.

Supports finance operations by preparing customer billings, recording accounting entries, processing cargo releases, resolving billing disputes, creating credit memos, voiding invoices, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and extracting system information. Ensures SLA and KPI compliance, escalates unresolved issues, provides team coverage, supports reporting, and trains new staff. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, Excel and Access proficiency, communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for night shifts.

Supports finance operations by preparing customer billings, entering accounting transactions, processing invoice voids and credit memos, resolving billing disputes, and updating cargo-release records. Monitors shared mailboxes, responds to stakeholders, extracts system information, meets SLAs and KPIs, escalates unresolved issues, and provides backup and onboarding support. The role requires accounting knowledge, strong Excel and Access skills, attention to detail, communication ability, and flexibility for night shifts.

Process invoices through scanning, batching, indexing, and data entry while maintaining accurate accounts payable and general accounting records. File documents, follow policies and operating procedures, meet SLAs and KPIs, assist with reconciliations and issue resolution, and support reports, projects, and ad hoc assignments. The role requires attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and effective independent and team-based work.

Supervise daily logistics and operational activities across assigned business units, ensuring service quality, compliance, productivity, and cost efficiency. Coordinate planning, scheduling, procurement support, workforce resources, vendors, and 2PL/3PL partners. Manages general ledger master data, transaction posting, accruals, deferrals, reconciliations, cost accounting, VAT and corporate tax filings, period-end closing, financial statements, audits, regulatory reporting, and management reporting.
