Deliver data services (Data Quality Analytics or Data Guaranteed) by producing regular DQA reports, abstracting and validating shipment/EDI data, reconciling discrepancies, tracking shipment milestones, liaising with stakeholders and service providers for error resolution, and ensuring timely updates to the APLL system per SLA.

Supervise and coordinate General Ledger operations for SEA countries, ensuring timely monthly closes, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, stakeholder liaison, aged item clearance, reporting, staff coaching, process improvement, and support for system changes.

Provide end-to-end administrative support for an enterprise ERP program: maintain master project plan, governance artifacts (RAID, status reports), schedule and run meetings, manage documentation/version control, administer project tools, and track actions and risks for the Lead PM.

Lead solution architecture and product roadmap for logistics platform; support pre-sales, sales demos, post-sales requirements, implementations, UAT, and post-implementation account support; align regional platform governance, drive continuous improvement, translate business needs into technical solutions, and coordinate stakeholders across global teams.

Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) operations for APLL FLO, ensure timely invoice submission to AP, clear Open PO and vendor reconciling items, train and supervise PO Analysts, send pre-close checklists, raise adjustments (VMA/PHC/CN), support PO troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative assets for internal and external communications. Support commercial and regional teams with campaigns, sales collateral, digital and print visuals, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

Lead business development for APL Logistics in North America by generating leads, managing relationships, identifying opportunities, designing supply-chain solutions (freight, order management, transloading, distribution), and closing deals. Produce market reports, develop customer contact and relationship plans, coordinate with product owners, and support new product initiatives including regional distribution hubs and data analytics services.

Lead finance functional design and solutioning for a Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning implementation. Drive process alignment (R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets), master data strategy, testing, integrations, data conversion, stakeholder workshops, and business readiness to ensure scalable, value-driven ERP/EPM outcomes.
