Develop and customize CargoWise One solutions for logistics operations, including workflows, automation, reports, documents, APIs, eAdaptor and EDI integrations. Perform testing, deployment support, and Level 2 and Level 3 production support. Investigate application and integration issues while ensuring secure, reliable data exchange. The role requires CargoWise expertise, integration development skills, and proficiency with SQL, XML, JSON, Power BI, Snowflake, and .NET/C#.

Lead and manage country-level logistics operations including planning, staffing, budgeting, compliance, customer relationship management, 2PL and supplier network expansion, business continuity, process improvements, performance metrics, and people leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance and sustainable growth.

Manages customer and vendor logistics documentation, ensuring requirements are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Executes customer service instructions, resolves documentation issues, escalates potential cost impacts, maintains customer relationships, identifies service gaps, recommends improvements, and prepares accurate reports. The role requires coordination with customers and vendors in a fast-paced, global operations environment.
