Supports warehouse leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding, HR data management, compensation reporting, payroll preparation, HR process rollouts, and office administration. The role is onsite at an Amsterdam warehouse and requires strong knowledge of local labor law, HR administration, communication, organization, Excel, and HR systems.

Supports finance operations by preparing customer billings, recording accounting entries, processing cargo releases, resolving billing disputes, creating credit memos, voiding invoices, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and extracting system information. Ensures SLA and KPI compliance, escalates unresolved issues, provides team coverage, supports reporting, and trains new staff. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, Excel and Access proficiency, communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for night shifts.

Monitors shared mailboxes, responds to stakeholders, extracts system information, meets SLAs and KPIs, escalates unresolved issues, and provides backup and onboarding support. The role requires accounting knowledge, strong Excel and Access skills, attention to detail, communication ability, and flexibility for night shifts.
