Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications, APIs, integrations, and application components. Provide Level 2/3 production support, troubleshoot defects, conduct root cause analysis, manage upgrades and patches, and support release activities. Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, security remediation, and compliance activities.

Provides first- and second-level application support, troubleshoots defects, supports integrations, APIs, releases, documentation, security, compliance, and system lifecycle activities. Collaborates with developers, analysts, testers, and end users to translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to process improvements.

Leads enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment, support, and modernization. Translates requirements into scalable solutions, develops APIs and microservices, troubleshoots production issues, manages releases and maintenance, and drives automation, DevOps, CI/CD, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
