Lead global portfolio of complex supply chain projects and customer implementations across regions. Define project methodology, oversee prioritization, scope, resourcing, governance and delivery. Manage and mentor project managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support RFPs and change management, maintain portfolio tools, and ensure projects meet cost, quality, timeline and customer requirements.

Manage and verify customer and vendor documentation to ensure timely, accurate logistics operations. Liaise with customers/vendors on documentation issues, resolve problems, escalate cost-impacting issues, and identify service gaps to improve customer satisfaction and reporting.
