Leads regional commercial strategy, revenue and profitable growth across logistics and freight-forwarding services. Oversees business development, key account management, marketing, supply chain and product development activities; manages strategic client relationships, executive stakeholders, budgets, P&L, profitability, and regional targets. Identifies new market opportunities, develops customer partnerships, oversees strategic programs, builds sales capabilities, and leads large, diverse teams.

Generates and qualifies commercial sales leads through prospect research, market analysis, outreach, and CRM data maintenance. Uses Panjiva, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, AI tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems to identify prospects in logistics-related industries, qualify opportunities, support onboarding, and transition qualified leads to business development teams. The role requires at least 50 weekly prospect outreaches and monitoring the commercial pipeline to inform lead generation.

Drive new-business sales revenue across APL Logistics’ core verticals and services. Build qualified sales pipelines, identify customer needs, develop supply-chain and transportation solutions, negotiate deals, and support customer onboarding. Manage stakeholders, monitor French market and competitor developments, maintain Salesforce pipeline visibility, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling in the EMEA region.
