Build features, workflows, validations, SQL queries, and database updates; investigate defects; write unit tests; support QA and deployments; manage code with GitLab and JIRA; document technical work; and improve application performance. Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Design, manage, and scale Azure cloud infrastructure. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrate DevSecOps tooling and SonarQube, maintain Kubernetes clusters, implement IaC with Terraform and Helm, manage networking, messaging, observability, and support security/compliance activities.

Apply SQL and Python on cloud data platforms to analyze large datasets, build reporting and visualizations, develop and deploy ML/statistical models, support data pipelines, and communicate insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Prepare and integrate large datasets, support predictive analytics and scenario modelling, ensure data governance, and drive capability uplift and continuous improvement with stakeholders and AI teams.

Lead end-to-end forecasting and analytics for national network operations. Build and productionize time-series and ML models, design scalable datasets and pipelines, integrate internal and external drivers, deliver decision-ready insights, and partner with operations, planning, finance and commercial teams to improve cost, service, safety and capacity outcomes.

Lead and improve the software delivery process end-to-end, from idea validation to production. Conduct business analysis, manage scope, risks, stakeholders, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and C-level stakeholders to deliver eCommerce and logistics IT projects while fostering experimentation, prototyping, and lean product development.
