Manage customer onboarding accounts from implementation through handoff, coordinating tax and technical teams, configuring platform settings, delivering training, tracking progress, maintaining CRM records, and resolving blockers. Lead and scale a 4–6 person recruiting team while maintaining an active individual contributor practice for executive and Staff+ technical hires. Forecast headcount 12–18 months with leadership and finance, build recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure, own employer branding and candidate experience programs, and develop recruiting talent and processes to support rapid growth.
