Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. Manage agencies, budgets, campaign strategy, testing, landing page optimization, reporting, and pipeline attribution. Partner with marketing, sales, lifecycle, and analytics teams to improve CAC and revenue contribution. Lead paid brand investments and build scalable marketing systems and processes.

Supports the COO and CMO by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, presentations, and expenses. Owns San Francisco office operations, including supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendors, while providing support to other offices. Plans in-office events, offsites, all-hands meetings, and team celebrations, contributing to company culture and smooth cross-functional coordination.

Own the Deal Desk function, including deal structuring, pricing, discount approvals, quoting, and order forms. Partner with sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems to manage non-standard deals and maintain an accurate quote-to-cash process. Analyze pricing and deal data, establish approval workflows and pricing guardrails, document playbooks, and improve sales efficiency while maintaining commercial discipline.
