Manage strategic enterprise customer accounts, drive platform adoption, oversee contract renewals, and consult sellers on international sales tax compliance. Collaborate with finance, customer solutions, operations, activation, and leadership teams to improve billing, expansion, renewal, and customer experiences. The role requires SaaS account management or closing experience, technical selling skills, strong sales performance, and familiarity with Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, and AI tools.

Own Anrok’s filing and remittance products, scaling automated tax filings globally and enabling international sellers to remit payments from local bank accounts. Lead money movement across currencies, banking partners, and tax authorities; build tools for TaxOps; improve filing accuracy, timeliness, cost, and amendments; and explore AI-driven automation and potential standalone platform opportunities.

Build and scale Anrok’s private equity and venture capital partnership channel. Source and negotiate new partnerships, develop joint go-to-market strategies, drive portfolio-wide adoption and referral revenue, manage partner pipelines and quarterly sales-qualified opportunity targets, and deepen relationships with investment and portfolio operations leaders. The role also includes partner enablement, co-marketing, industry events, and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
