In this role, you will

  • Lead and scale a recruiting team of 4-6 people, with a strategic point of view on the optimal team composition (sourcers vs. full-cycle recruiters, technical vs. business recruiters) to achieve specific hiring targets

  • Maintain an active recruiting practice, personally handling strategic executive searches and priority Staff+ technical roles across various domains

  • Partner with leadership and finance to forecast headcount growth 12-18 months ahead, ensuring recruiting resources (people, tools, and budget) are proactively aligned to meet aggressive growth targets

  • Iterate and maintain recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure that provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and capacity planning

  • Build and own the programs that shape how the world sees Anrok as a place to work, from content and events to referral networks and interview experience.

  • Stay current on recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices through your active network and continuous learning

What excites us

  • Strong analytical skills and using data to drive decision-making and process improvements

  • Experience managing and developing recruiting talent, with a genuine investment in upleveling your team's skills and career trajectories

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3+ years leading recruiting teams in high-growth technology companies or within a venture capital firm
  • Proven track record hiring both technical and non-technical talent, including executive and Staff+ engineering roles
  • Experience scaling recruiting teams through rapid growth (2x-3x headcount in a year)
  • Active recruiting practice with experience handling strategic executive searches and priority Staff+ technical roles
  • Experience partnering with leadership and finance to forecast headcount and align recruiting resources (people, tools, budget) 12–18 months out
  • Experience iterating and maintaining recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure to report pipeline health, conversion metrics, and capacity planning
  • Strong analytical skills and use of data to drive decision-making and process improvements
  • Experience managing and developing recruiting talent, including coaching and career development
  • Active presence and network in the recruiting community and familiarity with current recruiting ecosystem trends
  • Experience building employer branding, referral networks, events, and interview experience programs
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience experimenting with AI (built an application, workflow, or solution using AI)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, collaborating in-person three days per week from one of our hubs (San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City)
