Manage after-sales support operations, including customer complaints, service requests, technician scheduling, site visits, project execution, material coordination, reporting, escalations, and resolution tracking. Coordinate with clients on requirements, timelines, and schedules while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. Lead and support the service team, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and ensure project execution meets timeline and quality standards.

Drive showroom and project sales by engaging customers, recommending lighting solutions, preparing quotations, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and contractors. Maintain product knowledge, CRM records (Zoho CRM), achieve monthly targets, coordinate with design/after-sales teams, and manage showroom displays.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing unit including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory & Labor Laws), biometric attendance and leave management, recruitment (blue- and white-collar), employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, separations), payroll inputs, employee relations, and support for audits and safety coordination.
