Drive showroom and project sales by engaging customers, recommending lighting solutions, preparing quotations, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and contractors. Maintain product knowledge, CRM records (Zoho CRM), achieve monthly targets, coordinate with design/after-sales teams, and manage showroom displays.

Manage end-to-end factory operations including order processing, dispatch, cross-functional coordination, team leadership, KPI tracking, and operational problem-solving to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing unit including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory & Labor Laws), biometric attendance and leave management, recruitment (blue- and white-collar), employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, separations), payroll inputs, employee relations, and support for audits and safety coordination.
