Own global marketing initiatives that turn institutional AMBOSS license holders into active, engaged users. Responsibilities include onboarding and activation journeys, automated CRM flows, re-engagement campaigns, renewal support, institution-facing collateral, CMS and landing-page optimization, and local activation through ambassadors, webinars, and events. The role partners closely with Sales, Regional, and Marketing teams and serves students and physicians across global markets.

Supports US medical student account growth by building student lead networks, conducting outreach, coordinating school visits and demonstrations, and planning events, workshops, and webinars. Converts leads into event organizers, manages follow-up sales, develops relationships with student representatives, and uses qualitative and quantitative data to optimize growth. Collaborates with B2B, Marketing, and Clinical teams on US market strategies.

Build and maintain backend services for AMBOSS’s Shop domain using Golang. Responsibilities include designing and integrating APIs, working with databases, testing and deploying software, resolving incidents, improving maintainability, collaborating on requirements, supporting customers, and using AI coding tools throughout the development lifecycle.

Own Workday Financials as AMBOSS’s senior technical expert, including tenant configuration, security, financial data modeling, integrations, reporting, testing, support, releases, and documentation. Take the platform in-house after implementation, advise Finance and Accounting, resolve root causes, and support future expansions such as HCM, treasury, VAT reporting, and payroll. Ensure reliable integrations and Workday operations through monthly and year-end closes, audits, and statutory reporting.

Own Workday Financials as the technical system owner, including configuration, financial business processes, security, reporting, integrations, support, testing, releases, and documentation. Transition the tenant from the implementation partner, support Finance and Accounting, build and maintain integrations, and advise on future expansions such as HCM, treasury, VAT reporting, and payroll. Ensure reliable month-end and year-end close processes, audit readiness, and end-to-end system performance across multiple entities.

Build and maintain the backend for AMBOSS's Educator Tool B2B product. Contribute across the development lifecycle, implement APIs, apply best practices for code quality and testing, use AI coding tools in workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle support requests, and share knowledge across the company.

Lead frontend engineering for AMBOSS's B2B Educator Tool: design and deliver features, set frontend best practices (testing, accessibility, performance), integrate AI coding agents into the workflow, collaborate with product and design, handle support requests, and mentor engineers to improve code health and delivery.
