Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

Sales Manager will be the backbone for the growth of our campus market in LATAM. Join us and be responsible for the acquisition of new campus licenses, making medical students aware of AMBOSS, and networking with key stakeholders to convince them about the value proposition of AMBOSS. You will participate in local events and work with marketing on local marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
- Outreaching to new universities in LATAM
- Building up a strong pipeline with new opportunities
- Participating in local conferences
- Building up a strong network with key decision-makers at universities
- Coordinating sales and pricing strategies for respective deals with the Head of B2B
- Preparing offers and negotiating pricing according to AMBOSS latest pricing strategy for each respective region
- Developing an understanding of university interests and objectives and communicating ways that universities can innovate their teaching/curricula using AMBOSS
- Generating new business from the University campus market
- Researching, documenting, and sharing market intelligence; stay up-to-date on trends in academic and clinic medicine and EdTech for the region(s) worked in
- Working closely with the B2P team to generate new leads
You bring:
- Healthcare sales experience in LATAM (university sales experience)
- Good communication skills
- Ideally: an existing network within the university market
- Solution sales experience
- Min. 5 years experience in sales
- Native level of Spanish language
- Good level of English skills
