Manage the consumer electronics returns program, overseeing operations, documentation, and liaising with retailers to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Prepare executive and Board financial reports, month-end reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Build and maintain financial models and databases, track KPIs, perform scenario and stress testing, and recommend operational improvements. Collaborate with business unit finance teams and present insights to leadership.

Drive B2B sales and revenue growth in Japan for used devices and circular tech solutions. Develop wholesale client channels, manage auctions and direct sales, increase customer engagement across device lines, and use in-house analytics to monitor performance and meet sales targets.

Perform FP&A activities including executive reporting, month-end reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, KPI tracking, financial modeling, scenario/stress testing, and partnering with business units to deliver actionable financial insights and process improvements.
