Ensure design quality, durability, budget adherence, and cohesive execution while addressing project-specific adjustments and staying current with design trends.

Manages on-site engineering and construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, safety standards, schedules, and quality requirements. Supervises engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; reviews technical documents, drawings, RFIs, materials, invoices, claims, and variation orders; approves quantity surveying controls; and prepares progress reports with recommendations for resolving project issues.

The Technical Designer manages project timelines, translates designs into construction drawings, oversees project compliance, and coordinates with consultants and contractors.

Develop photorealistic architectural visualizations, create presentation boards, interpret drawings, collaborate with teams, and enhance renders. Manage 3D assets and stay updated on trends.

The Studio Assistant will support daily operations by coordinating HR tasks, managing spaces, and facilitating communication and reporting within the studio.
