Requirements
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in technical design, construction documentation, and project management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify design and construction issues early
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with material specifications, construction methods, and industry standards
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
