Intern will design and build a user-facing application linked to a central database to upload, retrieve, review, and update catalyst data. Translate user requirements into technical solutions, implement robust DB communication and data integrity, produce documentation, and present a final demo. Collaborate with process engineers and deliver a reliable data-handling framework over a 4–6 month internship.

Support, administer, secure, and improve OT and industrial IT systems (PCS, PIMS, LIMS, historian, analytics) across manufacturing and lab sites. Perform infrastructure administration, network and endpoint security, virtualization management, backups/disaster recovery, system integrations, Level 1/2 support, documentation, and participate in OT projects and audits.

Lead Ketjen's enterprise application strategy and team, owning the SAP roadmap, application portfolio rationalization, vendor/contract management, BRM model build-out, and delivery standards to support manufacturing, quality, EHS, and business functions.

Manage global income tax compliance and reporting, prepare US and foreign tax returns, lead ASC 740 tax provision calculations, support transfer pricing and intercompany financing, assist audits and tax planning, and improve tax processes while partnering with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors.

Lead architectural design and stewardship of the global HRIS Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Security, Payroll, Prism Analytics, integrations (ADP), learning enablement, implementations, post-production support, governance, and stakeholder consulting across multi-country environments.

Manage full employee lifecycle and HR administration globally, process accurate payroll, ensure compliance, maintain HR records, respond to employee inquiries, support on/offboarding, optimize HR processes, assist audits, and participate in HR projects.

Implement and manage regional trade compliance activities, ensure customs and regulatory adherence, liaise with customs brokers and business leaders, develop SOPs, support metrics and ERP integrations, and prepare customs responses.

Provide technical support for FCC catalyst sales across Asia by developing proposals and recommendations, performing unit start-up support, monitoring and troubleshooting FCC operations, conducting technical and economic studies, presenting at industry events, and partnering with commercial teams to identify market opportunities and innovations.

Provide HR operational support across U.S. plant locations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll administration, timekeeping support, HRIS data management, case intake and resolution, compliance and reporting, and cross-functional backup to HRBPs while driving process improvements and consistent service delivery.

Lead global infrastructure and cybersecurity for corporate and plant environments: design and operate networks, cloud, virtualization, backups, endpoint and OT security; transition operations to MSPs; own vendor governance, budgets, incident response, and a permanent security/infrastructure team.

Lead process engineering for pre-projects, detailed engineering, commissioning and start-up for production facilities. Perform process and safety studies, develop PFDs/P&IDs, mass/heat balances, and CSU plans. Act as SME, lead small project teams through early phases, and support project delivery and handover to operations.

Lead the build-out of Ketjen's data, analytics, and AI capability: set strategy and roadmap, design a unified data platform, integrate IT and OT data, pilot and scale AI use cases, establish data governance, and hire a small data engineering/analytics team while partnering with plant and business leaders to deliver measurable value.

Lead analytical and testing strategy for CFT R&T projects, optimize bench-scale testing capacity and methods, ensure reliable performance data, and manage R&T operations and support team in Amsterdam.

Serve as primary customer contact for selected accounts in the refining industry, set and execute account strategies, build stakeholder relationships, lead internal teams to resolve technical and commercial issues, prepare and negotiate proposals and long-term supply agreements, maintain forecasts and CRM records, provide market intelligence, and meet sales volume and profit targets while supporting Ketjen's technical value proposition.

Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts; build financial models and KPI dashboards; deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to CFO and leadership; partner with business leaders on investment, scenario modeling, and capital planning; ensure governance and controls; and hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Lead development and deployment of digital platforms and analytical toolkits for FCC technical services. Combine FCC process expertise with data modeling and IT/OT integration to support pre‑sales, bidding, post‑sales monitoring, and global technical teams. Partner with IT/R&D to build scalable tools, train users, and improve customer digital reporting and performance tracking.

Perform electrical and instrumentation basic engineering, create scopes and cost estimates, standardize and optimize electrical installations, maintain documentation, support and manage E&I maintenance projects, supervise outsourced engineering, advise colleagues, and ensure electrical standardization and compliance with EU safety and legal guidelines.

Develop, maintain, and support kinetic and reactor models for catalyst performance and unit optimization. Build data infrastructure, apply data-science techniques to analyze large datasets, provide user support and training, and maintain modeling standards and validation practices across technical teams.
