Design and deliver intuitive, accessible UI/UX for SaaS products. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve product experiences.

Design, build, and optimize high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js/Nest.js. Improve DB performance (Postgres/MySQL), implement caching (Redis), authentication (JWT/OAuth), observability (OpenTelemetry, ELK), rate limiting, and scaling/load-balancing for low-latency, production-grade microservices.
