Job Description
We're looking for a talented Motion Designer who can do two things brilliantly: craft high-quality explainer videos that make our product instantly understandable, and create short-form reels that stop people mid-scroll.
This is a creative-first role. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to translate complex features into visuals that click - and then package those into content that travels.
What you'll be doing
Designing and animating explainer videos for our product (2–4 min, high-polish).
Creating short-form reels and clips optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Developing motion graphics, transitions, and UI animations that bring the product to life.
Scripting and story boarding your own concepts from brief to final cut.
Repurposing long-form explainers into bite-sized social content.
Iterating based on performance data - what's working, what's not.
What we're looking for
3+ years in motion design or video production.
Strong portfolio with both explainer videos and social/short-form content.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
An eye for storytelling - you know how to structure a hook, hold attention, and land a message.
Experience animating UI or SaaS product interfaces (screen recordings, UI mockups).
Comfortable working independently and managing your own timeline.
