Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Dev Ops professional to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing and automating the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring that our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes are streamlined and reliable. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining secure, highly available, and scalable systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance, track issues, and troubleshoot to maintain high uptime and reliability.
Ensure that our infrastructure and applications are secure, including managing firewalls, access control, and vulnerabilities.
Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and a streamlined development-to-production process.
Support and enhance the monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production systems.
Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development and operations processes.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, infrastructure, and workflows.
Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Understanding of security best practices and experience in managing secure systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams.
