Lead machining and assembly engineering projects in a die-casting environment. Plan and manage process design, improvements, budgets, and timelines; ensure compliance with safety and industry standards; mentor engineering staff; collaborate with production, suppliers, and global teams to troubleshoot, analyze production data, and reduce defects and carbon footprint.

Develop and maintain internal business applications using ASP.NET and related technologies. Build OLTP solutions, support and refactor legacy systems, migrate applications into a unified .NET website, integrate ERP and HRIS systems, design technical optimizations, and collaborate with teammates, management, and external stakeholders. The role requires software development, database work, API integration, testing, deployment, and production support in an agile environment.

Contribute to plant profitability by reducing downtime using Toyota Production System methods. Identify and implement equipment, process, material flow, labor, and energy improvements. Document and share processes, support cross-functional teams, and present improvement ideas to management. Use Microsoft Office/Access/Excel and programming skills; apply knowledge of production processes and electronics. Follow safety standards and support other departments as needed.

Support and maintain machining processes on the shop floor: install and troubleshoot equipment, implement process and design changes, perform root cause analysis, drive continuous improvement (kaizen), plan tooling investments, create documentation, and support quality and production readiness.

Support the Finance Manager by managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, supervising invoice entry in Oracle, administering purchase orders, preparing e-payments, assisting with fixed asset recording in FAS, performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, supporting audits, maintaining ledgers and department admin tasks, and driving process improvements and reporting.

Support automated assembly by troubleshooting equipment, installing and commissioning machinery, implementing process and design changes, performing PFMEAs and root-cause analysis, designing jigs/tools, documenting changes, and driving continuous improvement to increase quality and efficiency.

Manage purchasing of electronic parts, supplier relationships, inventory control, and production scheduling (mass production, trial runs, ramp-up/ramp-down). Issue purchase orders, track forecasts, distribute design drawings and ECIs, confirm trial shipments, and maintain production and document controls.

Support CNC machining production and maintenance through root-cause analysis, tooling and process improvements, new equipment project management, technical documentation, and cost-reduction initiatives. Lead tooling specs, installation, training, and corrective actions for customer and production quality issues.

Coordinate and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure OSHA compliance. Manage inspections, accident investigations, training, PPE selection, ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, RCRA hazardous waste, environmental permitting and monitoring, and oversee company medical services and workers' compensation claim management.
