Provide training and support for Aisin manufacturing plants: teach classroom and floor-side, develop curricula, conduct audits, analyze data, recommend standard-work improvements, create presentations and training media, and travel to support plants.

Ensure product compliance with customer requirements through PPAP, PFMEA, control plan development, SPC, supplier evaluations, process audits, defect analysis, and ISO/TS16949/ISO14001 support. Interface with customers and manufacturing, present quality reviews, implement countermeasures, support management reporting, and perform returned product evaluation. Shift work and travel required.

Manage general accounting, cost accounting, and production cost management for a manufacturing site. Oversee month- and year-end close, financial reporting, inventory and fixed asset accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, internal controls, audits, and lead a team to drive cost control and process improvements while reporting to corporate leadership.

Lead machining and assembly engineering projects in a die-casting environment. Plan and manage process design, improvements, budgets, and timelines; ensure compliance with safety and industry standards; mentor engineering staff; collaborate with production, suppliers, and global teams to troubleshoot, analyze production data, and reduce defects and carbon footprint.

Support and investigate customer quality issues, perform audits, analyze and present statistical data, lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions and kaizens, train associates on quality tools, and develop QC/QA procedures to improve manufacturing processes.

Document and share processes, support cross-functional teams, and present improvement ideas to management. Use Microsoft Office/Access/Excel and programming skills; apply knowledge of production processes and electronics. Follow safety standards and support other departments as needed.

Operate and maintain production equipment to meet daily output and quality standards. Perform line quality checks, record production totals, follow work instructions and 5S, report issues to supervisors, support kaizen and inventory tasks, and perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements.

Manage inventory control and forecasting for production and new models; coordinate suppliers, customers, and internal teams; process engineering change instructions and ramp-up activities; identify cost and accuracy improvements; ensure safety, security, and quality compliance.

Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Coordinate cross-functionally to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity. Support installation, qualification, and ramp-up of new equipment; design jigs/fixtures using CAD; apply lean methods and SPC; troubleshoot equipment and support automation adjustments. Maintain documentation, present technical updates, and participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.

Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Support equipment installation, qualification, ramp-up, troubleshooting, and process improvements using lean methods. Design tooling and fixtures with CAD, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain documentation, and present technical updates to leadership while supporting reliability and productivity initiatives.

Drive supplier quality by investigating nonconformances, managing containment, auditing suppliers, monitoring corrective actions, supporting ISO and continuous improvement, and reporting quality metrics to minimize manufacturing impact.

Coordinate and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure OSHA compliance. Manage inspections, accident investigations, training, PPE selection, ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, RCRA hazardous waste, environmental permitting and monitoring, and oversee company medical services and workers' compensation claim management.

Provide quality support for BNAM products in North America including launch control, OEM and Tier 2 audits, APQP and documentation, claim negotiation, warranty cost disposition, ISO/IATF audit support, and coordination of customer quality events.

Provide Japanese<>English technical interpretation and translation for production engineering and general administration. Support meetings, customer/supplier visits, documentation, training activities (Aisin Technical Academy), and cross-department communication while maintaining safety, HR, and security compliance.

Manage CAD infrastructure and 3D modeling for die maintenance; verify and recreate precise die models; administer central CAD server; update ERP/inventory data, support procurement and cost-reduction efforts, and liaise with vendors to ensure accurate CAD data for new tool builds.

Perform hands-on assembly, disassembly, and inspection of automotive transmissions. Use hand tools, gauges, micrometers, and computer work instructions to complete quality checks. Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Training provided with opportunities for growth in lean/TPS manufacturing.

Perform AP/AR research and support, daily cash and bank reconciliations, month/quarter-end close activities (journal entries, GL posting, reconciliations), intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, audit support, expense report auditing, tax and insurance support, and Kaizen process improvements.

Support and manage VA/SSA cost improvement initiatives across internal teams and suppliers. Collect and report customer and supplier scorecards, collaborate with design, manufacturing, sales, and purchasing to identify, track, and submit cost-saving ideas, monitor payments, develop VA systems, and implement process improvements (Kaizen).

Support accounting and finance functions including month/quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR processing, cash and bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, audit support, intercompany reconciliations, expense reporting, and related accounting tasks.
