Processes payroll using ADP, including data entry, wage and deduction calculations, record updates, reporting, tax documentation, and paycheck preparation. Supports new-hire orientation, employee relations, company events, and other HR programs. Maintains confidentiality, ensures payroll accuracy, and coordinates with employees and management across departments.

Oversee production control activities, including customer requirements, order and inventory management, production and component planning, and logistics coordination. Develop activity reports and schedules while coordinating with customers and suppliers. Support packaging development and procurement, manage multiple assignments, and operate onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional travel of approximately 10–15% is required.

Analyzes and improves tooling processes, develops tool regrinding programs and workflows, monitors tool wear, creates inspection documentation, supports gear-product measurement programs, trains team members, evaluates tooling performance, implements kaizen improvements, and reduces tooling costs.
