Develops community partnerships, employee engagement programs, corporate communications, and company-wide events. Manages community outreach, charitable initiatives, recognition programs, workplace culture activities, vendors, budgets, event logistics, internal messaging, brand consistency, and engagement reporting. Represents the company at public events and coordinates welcoming experiences for employees, executives, customers, and community partners while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Support and investigate customer quality issues, perform audits, analyze and present statistical data, lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions and kaizens, train associates on quality tools, and develop QC/QA procedures to improve manufacturing processes.

Lead machining and assembly engineering projects in a die-casting environment. Plan and manage process design, improvements, budgets, and timelines; ensure compliance with safety and industry standards; mentor engineering staff; collaborate with production, suppliers, and global teams to troubleshoot, analyze production data, and reduce defects and carbon footprint.
