Full-cycle SaaS Account Executive responsible for prospecting, qualifying, running discovery calls and demos, negotiating and closing high-value deals with property managers globally. Build pipeline, track market trends in short-term rentals, create pricing proposals, and manage contract processes to drive revenue growth.

Own Uplisting’s new business and renewals targets while building an outbound sales engine from scratch. Lead, coach, and forecast the AE team; improve conversion, pipeline coverage, CRM discipline, and average order value. Represent Uplisting at industry events and with partners, presenting and demonstrating the product. The role requires hands-on B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, preferably in property management software or short-term rentals, plus strong performance management, forecasting, and public-speaking skills.

Build a unified data architecture for AirDNA's Strategy & Planning team: audit and consolidate cross-functional data, create executive dashboards, deliver ad-hoc analyses, automate reporting, ensure data quality and governance, document processes, and partner with Growth, Finance, Marketing, and Support to close data gaps.
