Provides Tier 2 technical support for AirDNA’s Adapt pricing engine. Diagnoses pricing and synchronization issues using SQL, Python, APIs, logs, analytics, and existing code; explains root causes to customers; creates support content and SOPs; identifies escalation trends and at-risk accounts; and partners with Product and Engineering to drive lasting fixes.

Own a territory and manage the complete outbound sales cycle for Adapt, an AI-powered dynamic pricing product. Prospect property management company leaders, deliver revenue business cases, run pilots, negotiate contracts, close deals, attend regional events, and relay customer feedback to product teams. The role is remote within a territory and requires regular travel. The successful candidate will help establish the sales process as the founding seller in the region.

Own a LATAM territory end to end by prospecting property management companies, presenting Adapt’s AI-powered dynamic pricing solution, building revenue business cases, negotiating, and closing deals. The role requires outbound selling, customer and event engagement, market relationship development, and feedback to the product team. This is a founding regional sales position with regular travel across the territory.
