Build relationships with engineering, platform, and security leaders; deliver technical demos and value-based presentations; manage strategic accounts and forecasts in HubSpot; and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, marketing, and partners. Represent the company at industry and partner events while closing complex cybersecurity SaaS deals.

Build and scale Aikido’s partner enablement program from scratch. Create co-brandable pitch kits, value propositions, playbooks, battle cards, bite-sized learning content, and onboarding systems. Deliver targeted enablement for strategic partners while developing self-service resources for others. Translate complex cybersecurity updates into concise sales messaging, determine communication cadence, and own metrics including seller activation, certifications, time to first deal registration, and win rates.

Own and scale Aikido’s global internal IT environment, including identity and access management, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, workplace technology, and internal tooling. Lead company-wide IT projects, standardize global IT operations, support physical security, maintain compliance controls and audit evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and automate scalable IT and compliance processes for distributed teams.

Own Aikido’s website design system across Figma and Webflow, improving visual quality, consistency, responsiveness, and maintainability. Design and implement reusable landing-page components, create and launch new pages, perform QA, and translate marketing and product messaging into clear web experiences. The role requires strong visual design, scalable component-system expertise, Webflow proficiency, independence, and attention to detail. Nice-to-have skills include Webflow interactions, Lottie, HTML/CSS, SaaS conversion design, and startup experience.

Build Aikido's channel motion in the US East from the ground up: recruit and enable VARs/resellers/MSPs, create net-new partner-sourced pipeline, run joint GTM motions, close partner-sourced deals, and track partner KPIs through PRM/CRM. Collaborate with US sales and global partnerships to shape the early channel playbook and scale partner-driven revenue.

Lead and build Aikido's enterprise product function: manage 10-25 major accounts, translate enterprise requirements into product roadmaps, support large sales cycles ($200K+ to $1M+), negotiate customer requests, and partner closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to scale enterprise adoption while preserving core product strategy.
