Teams at Aikido Security

Serve as the technical bridge between Aikido Security and customers in Australia. Manage at-risk accounts, drive product adoption and value realization, onboard and deploy new clients, troubleshoot workflow issues, escalate complex problems, train customer teams, and share product feedback. The role requires AppSec expertise, strong technical debugging ability, proactive communication, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Own and scale Aikido’s production infrastructure across AWS, databases, networking, containers, and observability. Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability; automate repetitive operational work; troubleshoot complex incidents; and implement lasting fixes to prevent recurrence. The role requires hands-on ownership of critical systems and production operations.

Review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on GDPR and AI Act compliance, manage contract processes, and support IP, M&A, HR, and corporate matters. The role partners with sales, product, management, and the General Counsel while implementing legal technology and AI tools in a growing SaaS company.
