Lead and centralize global HR operations with Belgium as the primary hub: payroll, contracts, compliance, employee administration, onboarding/offboarding, benefits management, vendor coordination (Oyster, Rippling, local payroll providers), and advising on cross-jurisdictional HR/legal issues. Serve as go-to for employee admin questions and report to the Chief of Staff.

Perform offensive AI security research by finding vulnerabilities in open-source software using AI code analysis and AI pentest harnesses; build proofs-of-concept, publish blog posts and conference talks, inform engineering of product failure modes, and raise public visibility through social media and publications.

Lead end-to-end UX for a developer-focused security platform: ideate, prototype in Figma, collaborate with PMs and engineers, ship features, and create illustrations/icons. Focus on intuitive interfaces, design systems, and customer-centered design in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
