Build and scale Aikido’s partner enablement program from scratch. Create co-brandable pitch kits, value propositions, playbooks, battle cards, bite-sized learning content, and onboarding systems. Deliver targeted enablement for strategic partners while developing self-service resources for others. Translate complex cybersecurity updates into concise sales messaging, determine communication cadence, and own metrics including seller activation, certifications, time to first deal registration, and win rates.

Own enterprise deployments of an AI-powered penetration testing product from installation through stable operation. Debug customer incidents involving Docker, databases, networking, agents, and distributed systems; configure complex on-premises and hybrid environments; build integrations; guide implementation; and translate deployment problems into engineering improvements. The role also involves interpreting offensive-agent behavior, collaborating with R&D, and serving as the technical bridge between customers and engineering.

Manage day-to-day HR operations primarily for Belgium, including payroll, contracts, compliance, employee administration, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee inquiries. Coordinate with HR, legal, payroll partners, and global vendors while supporting employment processes across multiple countries. The role requires strong Belgian HR and payroll expertise, familiarity with global HR operations, and proficiency with HR platforms such as Officient, Rippling, Oyster, and Deel.
