Administers Tribal Member health and group benefits, guiding enrollment, answering coverage questions, resolving medical, dental, and vision claims, processing FSA and reimbursement requests, and coordinating caregiver and durable medical equipment benefits. Maintains records, audits plan data, supports medical claim review, communicates with carriers and administrators, publishes member communications, and protects confidential PHI and PII under HIPAA while respecting Tribal traditions and values.

Manages the creation, scheduling, execution, budgeting, ticketing, vendor coordination, reporting, and invoicing for casino special events and promotions. Supervises Marketing Coordinators, supports property management, ensures revenue objectives and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with internal departments and external vendors. Requires at least four years of entertainment or promotional experience, strong organization, computer literacy, communication skills, and customer relations abilities.

Manage day-to-day Planning Department operations and perform project management. Review environmental documents, plans, zoning and code enforcement; prepare staff reports and presentations; coordinate with departments and agencies; guide junior staff and assist Director with policy, goals, and special projects.

Performs municipal and development planning tasks including processing development and permit applications, conducting plan checks, preparing reports and ordinances, performing research and data analysis, maintaining tracking systems, managing assigned projects independently, and conducting field inspections to ensure consistency with Tribal codes and standards.

Designs and produces platform-specific social media content (photo, video, motion graphics, GIFs, templates, and copy). Owns end-to-end production from ideation to post-production, collaborates with stakeholders and agencies, schedules and posts content, attends events for live coverage, maintains asset libraries, and ensures brand, legal, and regulatory compliance.

Leads enterprise AI and machine learning strategy, governance, product lifecycle, and roadmap execution. Builds and manages AI teams, oversees budgets and vendors, evaluates build-versus-buy decisions, and ensures production systems meet data privacy, model risk, tribal gaming, and responsible gaming requirements. Partners with senior IT and business leaders to define success metrics, secure funding, manage risk, train users, and deliver scalable AI products aligned with organizational goals.

Oversees slot department operations, performance, staffing, budgets, gaming procedures, maintenance, installations, revenue reporting, compliance, and guest service across multiple casino properties. Manages subordinate managers and handles hiring, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, and operational problem resolution. Ensures adherence to AML requirements, internal controls, standard procedures, and tribal regulations.

Deliver guided tours, workshops, and educational programs for K-12, adults, and special groups; assist in program planning and day-of implementation; engage visitors with object-based interpretation and gallery carts; support outreach, summer camps, and cross-departmental initiatives; work weekends, evenings, and off-site as needed.

Support the Director of Tribal Public Relations by coordinating PR projects and events: planning, setup, logistics, vendor communication, document preparation, data research, inventory management, purchasing, and general administrative duties to ensure timely execution of external PR activities.

Create and manage brand-aligned social content across major platforms, capture live event coverage, schedule posts, engage community, monitor and report performance, ensure legal and brand compliance, support influencer relations, and collaborate on content calendars and campaigns.

Provide strategic leadership and operational direction across three casinos, hotel, and spa. Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, guest experience, budgeting, multi-year strategic planning, analytics-driven marketing, regulatory compliance, and reporting to Tribal Council. Oversee executive team and enforce tribal personnel policies.

Greet visitors, handle front reception and phone inquiries, manage vehicle entrance and admissions, sell merchandise and discount tickets, make reservations for interpretive hikes, stock and clean the Visitor Center, provide snack bar service at Trading Post, and perform basic administrative duties.
