Oversees campaign scheduling, deployment, targeting, data integrity, compliance, vendor coordination, documentation, and campaign calendar management. Supervises a Database Coordinator and partners with analytics teams to evaluate performance, response rates, ROI, and optimization opportunities. Ensures adherence to internal controls, standard procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provides administrative and project support across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data entry, benefits administration, employee communications, recognition programs, compliance recordkeeping, and policy updates. Responds to routine HR questions, supports benefits communications and invoicing, processes check requests, and assists with special HR projects. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong communication and organization, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Copilot, and preferably Paycom.

Creates reinvestment reports, proformas, post-analysis, database dashboards, customer lists, and marketing data extracts.
