Manage and optimize the public relations team's project workflows and platform. Create and maintain timelines, assign tasks, monitor progress, enforce deadlines, facilitate team communication, track status, report milestones to leadership, resolve workflow challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while complying with Tribal procedures.

Support the Director of Tribal Public Relations by coordinating PR projects and events: planning, setup, logistics, vendor communication, document preparation, data research, inventory management, purchasing, and general administrative duties to ensure timely execution of external PR activities.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Public Relations Director: maintain records, draft and edit communications, conduct research, track expenditures and projects, prepare reports and presentations, order supplies, and perform general office duties while complying with Tribal procedures.
