Leads AKRSP India’s strategic and operational functions across an assigned territory. Leads the organization’s IT and digital strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data governance, service delivery, and vendor management. Oversees IT operations across head office and field locations, drives digital transformation and systems integration, improves uptime and user experience, establishes cybersecurity and continuity controls, supports analytics and dashboards, and manages IT staff, vendors, training, and helpdesk performance.

Supports monitoring and evaluation through data collection, validation, analysis, MIS management, dashboard generation, and donor reporting. Conducts field monitoring visits, maintains data quality, supports assessments, prepares analytical reports, and documents lessons learned. Provides training and technical support on digital data collection tools to field teams and coordinates reporting activities. The role requires regular and extensive travel to rural and tribal project locations.

Accounts Assistant responsible for daily accounting, invoice and voucher management, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, project budget tracking, financial reporting, statutory and donor compliance, stock verification, audit coordination, and field-team expense support. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records for Farmer Producer Organizations and related institutions, conducting field visits, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with bankers, auditors, and project teams.

Conduct interactive training for rural and semi-urban youth in digital marketing, BFSI, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. Develop training materials, apply varied teaching methods, assess trainee progress, provide mentorship, coordinate project implementation, and support placements. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, and youth engagement skills, along with willingness to travel between training locations.

Leads financial governance, accounting finalization, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, statutory compliance, and internal controls across multiple states and programs. The role coordinates regional finance teams, ensures donor and FCRA compliance, supports the CFO with financial insights, standardizes processes, and drives ERP and finance digitalization initiatives.

Supports HR implementation across decentralized and field teams. Coordinates recruitment, interviews, documentation, onboarding, policy communication, grievance facilitation, training logistics, HR data maintenance, and reporting. The role advises managers and staff on HR processes, leave, entitlements, and compliance while maintaining confidentiality and escalating serious concerns. Frequent field engagement and travel to offices and remote clusters are required.

Manages HR and administrative operations for a field office, including facilities, assets, contracts, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRMS, donor-wise budgeting, audits, and employee support. Coordinates finance processes, training logistics, workplace safety, infrastructure maintenance, and annual HR/Admin planning. Requires strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, HR systems, office administration, and compliance, with occasional project-related travel.

Deliver employability skills training in Digital Marketing, BFSI, Advanced Excel, Power BI, basic AI, and coding. Assess trainee progress, provide mentorship, maintain reports and MIS, support project implementation and placements, coordinate with institutions and employers, conduct post-placement follow-up, and help organize job fairs and review meetings. The role requires rural and semi-urban fieldwork, travel between training locations, youth mobilization, and use of a two-wheeler.

Conduct interactive training for youth in digital marketing, BFSI, Advanced Excel, and Power BI; assess trainee progress, provide mentorship, support project implementation, and facilitate placements. The role requires developing training materials, coordinating activities, traveling among rural and semi-urban training locations, and motivating diverse participants.

Implements sustainable water and land resource initiatives across Dhule and Nandurbar. The role coordinates with donors, government departments, communities, field teams, and vendors; conducts surveys, mapping, training, procurement, budgeting, monitoring, impact assessments, reporting, and documentation. It also supports conservation structure construction, develops proposals and training materials, analyzes program data, maintains vendor databases, and recommends improvements to strengthen climate resilience and rural livelihoods.

Plans and coordinates rural development project implementation, supervises field teams, manages budgets and administrative activities, liaises with government agencies and partner organizations, monitors quality and progress, maintains MIS and program data, prepares donor reports and proposals, supports training and capacity building, and documents successful practices and case studies.

Coordinate youth employment placements, including employability preparation, employer engagement, interviews, documentation, migration, joining, accommodation, and post-placement support. Track retention, resolve workplace or welfare issues, coordinate with employers and field teams, organize orientations, maintain candidate records, and prepare timely reports in line with organizational and donor requirements.

Deliver IT and employability training for rural youth across retail, digital marketing, banking, finance, insurance, Excel, Power BI, and basic AI. Develop training materials, motivate communities, conduct outreach meetings, support placements, maintain trainee MIS databases, prepare organizational reports, document program activities, and manage administrative records and billing. The role requires occasional travel to rural and tribal training locations in Maharashtra.
