AKRSP(I) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Trainer (Do-Skill) to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our youth employability training initiatives across sectors such as Retail, Digital Marketing, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BAFS), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Basic AI. The ideal candidate will manage data systems, generate reports, and engage with trainees via phone to ensure smooth program delivery and placement success.

Administration:
- Ensure Give Training timely
- Ensure timely settlement of all bill vouchers to SHT office.
- Maintain all record related to requirement of programme as well as office.
- Any other task assigned by AKRSP (I) management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer applications, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in Computer, or relevant areas are a plus.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Trainer roles. Freshers with strong technical and communication skills may apply.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and Power BI & Canva
- Experience in the education/training sector or with rural/semi-urban youth is desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Proficiency in computers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to occasionally travel to training locations in Tribal, rural and semi-urban areas of Maharashtra (Dhule, Nandurbar)
- Passion for youth development, skill-building, and social impact.
