Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in training and skill development, preferably in the targeted sectors & Experience working with rural and semi-urban youth is highly desirable.

Essential Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in developing training materials and using various training methodologies.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate young individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Coordination, teamwork, self-starter with excellent project management skills
    • Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Power BI is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for youths in the areas of Digital Marketing, BAFS, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
    • Utilize a variety of training methods to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
    • Offer continuous support and mentorship to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their career goals.
    • Facilitate the project implementation and placement process
Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel to different training locations within rural and semi-urban areas.
    • Fluency in local languages and dialects is an advantage.
    • Passion for youth development and community engagement.
