Deliver employability-skills training in Digital Marketing, BFSI, Advanced Excel, Power BI, AI, and coding to rural and semi-urban youth. Assess learner progress, provide mentorship, maintain records and MIS, coordinate project implementation and placements, build relationships with institutions and employers, organize job fairs, and conduct post-placement follow-up. The role also requires substantial fieldwork, youth mobilization, travel, and community engagement.

Leads an entrepreneurship development program for rural communities, including planning, implementation, training, exposure visits, financial support, stakeholder coordination, events, monitoring, MIS, reporting, knowledge management, and budget planning. The role supports field teams, mentors entrepreneurs, develops enterprise support systems, liaises with government and financial institutions, and documents program outcomes. Extensive travel within project areas is expected.
