Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM solutions, including integrations, CMDB, asset management, custom applications, workflows, and service processes. Translate customer business needs into technical solutions, create technical documentation, conduct reviews and training, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementation teams in a global client-facing environment.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, with primary emphasis on front-end development. Build single-page applications using ReactJS and AngularJS, applying strong JavaScript skills and object-oriented JavaScript frameworks. Create responsive interfaces with HTML5 and CSS3.
