Support the Founder/MD with finance administration, bank reconciliations, invoicing, payment follow-ups, bookkeeping, regulatory tracking, and business record maintenance. Manage emails, calendars, meetings, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups. Assist with Zoho Books and administrative systems while handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities independently.

Manage UK client accounts including month-/year-end close, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, corporation tax returns, and financial statement preparation. Ensure compliance with UK tax/regulatory requirements, meet statutory deadlines, assist audits, and maintain client relationships.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers, generate leads or close sales, explain products/services, provide demos, maintain call records and daily reports, and use strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and computer skills to meet targets.

Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho solutions across CRM, Creator, Analytics, Desk, and Projects. Write Deluge scripts, build REST API integrations and webhooks, configure modules/layouts/workflows, troubleshoot client implementations, collaborate on requirements and design, and document customizations.
