Make outbound calls to prospective customers, generate leads or close sales, explain products/services, provide demos, maintain call records and daily reports, and use strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and computer skills to meet targets.

Support HR operations including end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting payroll and attendance, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting training, engagement, and HR initiatives.

Manage UK client accounts including month-/year-end close, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, corporation tax returns, and financial statement preparation. Ensure compliance with UK tax/regulatory requirements, meet statutory deadlines, assist audits, and maintain client relationships.
