Ensures raw materials, operating supplies, and finished products meet quality standards. The role requires strong multitasking, computer proficiency, customer service or golf industry experience, and familiarity with Titleist SureFit fitting methodology.

Coordinates procurement and purchase order management for footwear, gloves, accessories, and raw materials. Creates and maintains purchase orders in SAP, analyzes demand, monitors shipments, supports inventory planning and ATP management, and collaborates with suppliers, distribution centers, customer service, and warehouse teams. Maintains item data, prepares reports, and ensures accurate information, efficient operations, and uninterrupted product supply.

Build relationships with elite junior, collegiate, amateur, and professional golfers while delivering advanced Titleist club-fitting experiences. Analyze performance data, recommend personalized equipment solutions, provide ongoing player support, lead fitting events, coordinate extensive travel and logistics, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to improve fitting methods and product development. The role requires expert golf equipment knowledge, exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, extensive travel, and the ability to work outdoors and handle fitting equipment.

Manage inventory and order processing for the cresting department, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating supplier deliveries, handling customer enquiries, and collaborating across departments. The role also involves analyzing data to improve operations and meeting strict lead times. Strong organizational, customer service, IT, and administrative skills are required; embroidery industry experience is advantageous but full training is provided.

Develops and refines performance-driven golf and travel gear products across Titleist, Club Glove, and Links & Kings. Responsibilities include concept development, sketching, 2D/3D CAD, prototyping, hands-on fabrication, design research, documentation, IP support, vendor collaboration, design critiques, and cross-functional coordination. The role manages milestones and timelines while applying knowledge of materials, construction methods, market trends, color forecasting, and brand intent through commercialization.
