Establishes performance KPIs, measures marketing effectiveness, manages budgets, supports business growth, and collaborates across marketing, creative, product, retail, and external teams while mentoring marketing talent.

Manages international logistics execution, shipment visibility, documentation, customs entry preparation, and trade compliance activities. Monitors shipments and transportation providers, resolves system and documentation exceptions across Infor Nexus and SAP, supports CTPAT and U.S. Customs requirements, analyzes logistics reports, and drives process improvements. Serves as the Infor Nexus subject matter expert while collaborating with suppliers, carriers, IT, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and supply chain performance.
