Ensures raw materials, operating supplies, and finished products meet quality standards. Develops testing procedures, sampling plans, specifications, and quality controls; analyzes quality data, evaluates process capability, investigates root causes, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with suppliers, Manufacturing, and R&D on supplier qualification, material evaluation, quality reporting, and manufacturing excellence. The role involves hands-on work in laboratory, manufacturing, and supplier environments, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Leads PLM processes, systems, data governance, integrations, enhancements, and enterprise implementations. Partners with product creation, sourcing, operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve product data, workflows, BOM management, compliance, and product development. The role gathers requirements, manages complex projects through deployment and adoption, develops governance standards and training, resolves system issues, and mentors users and analysts while driving continuous improvement.

Manage trade-account relationships by providing product guidance, order management, program support, and inside sales assistance. Handle custom and stock golf club orders, explain product features and availability, resolve customer challenges, identify trends, and support organizational initiatives. The role requires strong multitasking, computer proficiency, customer service or golf industry experience, and familiarity with Titleist SureFit fitting methodology.
