Provides Tier 1 technical support to Action1 customers by troubleshooting software, patch installation, deployment, and configuration issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, reproducing and escalating defects, collaborating with engineering and product teams, maintaining knowledge-base documentation, incorporating customer feedback, and improving support processes.

Leads the engineering team responsible for executive reporting capabilities, including historical patch and vulnerability reports, dashboards, metrics, exports, scheduling, and data aggregation. Owns delivery, technical direction, production operations, reporting accuracy, performance, reliability, observability, automated deployment pipelines, and cross-functional alignment with product and core engineering teams. Applies software engineering expertise across Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, SQL, data modeling, and reporting systems.

Build and operate production LLM-powered internal tools, automations, and customer-facing AI features. Own technical decisions, backend services, multi-service architectures, databases, containerized workloads, monitoring, reliability, incident response, and LLM evaluation workflows. Partner with product, security, and R&D teams while balancing AI quality, latency, and cost. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to reliable, secure production systems.

Lead a team of engineers to deliver and automate product content (scripts, catalogs, vulnerability data, reports). Own solution design through production, build scalable pipelines, improve content delivery reliability, and apply AI to enhance content generation. Drive technical decisions and operate production systems.

Quota-carrying, full-cycle enterprise Account Executive responsible for landing and expanding mid-market and enterprise accounts in Australia. Generate pipeline, manage complex sales cycles with IT and security stakeholders, coordinate proof-of-concepts with Solutions Engineers, negotiate contracts, and maintain Salesforce hygiene to meet quota and drive expansion revenue.
