Lead a team of engineers delivering product content and capabilities, including scripts, data sources, application catalogs, updates, vulnerability data, and reports. Own scalable automation pipelines for content generation, validation, and deployment; guide technical decisions from design through production; improve reliability and efficiency; and apply AI to content creation and delivery. Requires strong software engineering fundamentals, production systems experience, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and AWS expertise.

Own new-business revenue across Wisconsin and Iowa SLED accounts. Generate outbound pipeline, manage full-cycle cybersecurity software sales, navigate public-sector procurement and reseller channels, engage IT and security leaders, coordinate technical evaluations, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires strong territory development, consultative selling, public-sector procurement knowledge, and established SLED relationships.

Lead the engineering team responsible for third-party integrations and the Integrations Store. Own delivery, technical direction, architecture, secure API integrations, data synchronization, authentication, deployment pipelines, observability, reliability, and production operations. Partner with Product Management and external teams, establish reusable integration patterns, resolve failures, and apply AI technologies where appropriate. The role combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering across AWS, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.

Provide Tier 1 technical support to Action1 customers by troubleshooting software, patching, deployment, and endpoint issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Reproduce and escalate confirmed problems, collaborate with engineering and product teams, maintain knowledge-base documentation, follow up with customers, and improve support processes.

Lead a team of engineers to deliver and automate product content (scripts, catalogs, vulnerability data, reports). Own solution design through production, build scalable pipelines, improve content delivery reliability, and apply AI to enhance content generation.
