Teams at Action1 Corporation

Lead the engineering team responsible for third-party integrations and the Integrations Store. Own delivery, technical direction, architecture, secure API integrations, data synchronization, authentication, deployment pipelines, observability, reliability, and production operations. Partner with Product Management and external teams, establish reusable integration patterns, resolve failures, and apply AI technologies where appropriate. The role combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering across AWS, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.

Provide Tier 1 technical support to Action1 customers by troubleshooting software, patching, deployment, and endpoint issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Reproduce and escalate confirmed problems, collaborate with engineering and product teams, maintain knowledge-base documentation, follow up with customers, and improve support processes.
