Provides information and services to current and prospective investors, opens and maintains accounts, processes investments and transactions, balances cash, meets sales and electronic statement goals, follows up on leads, and cross-sells financial products. The role also supports customer service, confidentiality, regulatory controls, community events, switchboard coverage, and drive-thru operations at an onsite investment center.

Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, scalability and recoverability. Oversee networks, servers, phone systems, DR/BCP, patching, monitoring, automation, SLAs, and stakeholder alignment while building the infrastructure team and service catalog.

Lead finance data and systems strategy to enable single source of truth across accounting, FP&A, credit, and servicing. Drive data governance, system integration, automation, close and reporting improvements, Snowflake-based datasets, and reconciled product-level P&Ls. Manage transformation programs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize finance architecture and processes.

Provide clerical support for bankruptcy processing: file Proofs of Claim, post and reconcile bankruptcy payments, maintain records, upload court filings, manage court logins, and support customer inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
