Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, scalability and recoverability. Oversee networks, servers, phone systems, DR/BCP, patching, monitoring, automation, SLAs, and stakeholder alignment while building the infrastructure team and service catalog.

Provide account opening/closing and investor services; process transactions and cash handling; meet sales targets through upsell/cross-sell; maintain investor records and regulatory controls; support drive-thru/switchboard and participate in community outreach.

Lead finance data and systems strategy to enable single source of truth across accounting, FP&A, credit, and servicing. Drive data governance, system integration, automation, close and reporting improvements, Snowflake-based datasets, and reconciled product-level P&Ls. Manage transformation programs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize finance architecture and processes.
