Leads the HRIS ecosystem and core HR operations, including system strategy, implementations, integrations, data governance, reporting, compliance, process improvement, and user support. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and business leaders to replace a legacy HR system, improve employee lifecycle processes, deliver workforce analytics, manage vendors, and drive change adoption.
