Leads U.S. commercialization and scale-up of MISUMI’s Smart Vending business. Responsibilities include securing and executing pilot programs, validating customer demand and operating economics, building scalable workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, and expanding successful pilots into additional machines, sites, and accounts. Owns revenue, gross profit, utilization, assortment, pricing, replenishment efficiency, customer adoption, and service-quality improvements while supporting the March 2027 Go/No-Go decision.

Research prospects using Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, manage outreach sequences, track activities in Salesforce and Outreach, respond to chat inquiries through Drift, meet activity and booking targets, and follow up on marketing-generated leads. The role is remote in North America and may involve travel to in-person events.

Analyze marketing data to uncover acquisition, retention, funnel, and campaign insights. Build Tableau and Looker Studio dashboards, evaluate ad spend and marketing performance, support A/B testing, integrate and validate data from platforms such as Google Ads and GA4, and provide recommendations to marketing, product, and customer experience teams.
