Senior Creative Designer will set creative direction and execute marketing, website, campaign, sales and video assets. Responsibilities include brand systems, Webflow pages, email, presentations, motion/storyboards, data visualization, asset libraries, freelancer management, and introducing AI-assisted creative workflows to improve speed and quality.

Support enterprise organizational development by managing projects, change initiatives, and developing career navigation resources. Provide HR subject-matter expertise, conduct benchmarking and data analysis, create executive-ready presentations and communications, and enable skill-based career frameworks to improve internal mobility, succession planning, and employee development.

Provide legal and regulatory guidance across portfolio companies on FDA, FTC, and consumer protection matters. Build and ship full-stack features across a TypeScript/React frontend and TypeScript/Python backend. Own integrations and backend services (LoanPro, HubSpot), add tests and monitoring, resolve production issues, participate in code review and planning, and use AI tooling to automate and increase development velocity.

Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned bank customers. Build relationships, drive product adoption and sales, manage sales pipeline, support contract negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance (GLBA), attend industry events, and monitor customer satisfaction.

Lead Product Designer owning end-to-end growth journeys (discovery, activation, monetization). Design experiments, prototypes, and reusable growth patterns; partner with product, research, data, and engineering; manage and mentor 1–3 designers; advocate for user trust while optimizing funnels and pricing, onboarding, and upgrade flows.

Lead global category strategy and go-to-market for Mice, Keyboards, and Surfaces. Drive revenue and market share through data-driven performance tracking, launch execution, sales and retail enablement, packaging and merchandising, influencer and PR support, and cross-functional coordination.

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and locally-run AI tooling (Claude). Provide solution architecture, prompt engineering, integrations (Graph API/REST), compliance with Azure/Entra/Purview/DLP, mentoring, testing, and adoption support within regulated environments.

Provide remote administrative support: manage email and calendars, schedule meetings, perform research, create spreadsheets and presentations, handle data entry and invoicing, assist with social media and customer inquiries, make travel arrangements, and perform other assigned administrative tasks.
