The Senior Product Manager is responsible for product management and commercialization of immunoassays, developing strategies, analyzing market trends, and guiding cross-functional teams for product success.

Run targeted outbound prospecting into large CRE brokerages, investors, and lenders to book qualified meetings. Research accounts, map orgs, cold call/email/LinkedIn, make strong first impressions, and generate pipeline. Ramp into owning smaller deals end-to-end with a clear path to AE.

Define global End User Services strategy, oversee service desk operations, manage budgets and vendor partnerships while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and driving technology innovation.

The Mid-market Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, employing a consultative approach to build relationships, navigate complex sales, and contribute to Dovetail's growth.
