Drive SMB revenue by prospecting and qualifying small-to-mid employers, brokers, and consultants for Direct Primary Care. Manage outreach, presentations, proposals, pricing, CRM pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional teams to onboard clients and meet enrollment and sales targets.

Lead cross-functional new product development, enhancements, and certification projects. Own the Stage-Gate process, manage schedules, risks, and portfolio priorities, coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials, Sales, and Marketing, and drive product launch readiness, continuous improvement, and reporting to leadership.

The Program Monitor is responsible for overseeing workforce development programs, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance, and supporting participant engagement and documentation review.

Own platform partnerships for a portfolio of credit unions, driving product adoption, scalable enablement and onboarding, relationship management, data-informed reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Build playbooks, deliver trainings, manage escalations, and optimize partner workflows to embed Silvur’s retirement platform at scale.
