Build and deploy production-scale feature engineering pipelines and predictive models over terabytes of consumer data. Provide high-touch administrative and office management support to three co-founders: manage calendars and complex travel, run day-to-day office operations, coordinate meetings, serve as vendor and facilities contact, anticipate founder needs, and support special projects and company initiatives.

Lead end-to-end Paradox implementations integrated with Workday: gather requirements, design/configure solutions, build integrations, test/UAT, deploy, troubleshoot, train stakeholders, and provide post-production support and documentation.

Support development and execution of integrated digital and social strategies for executives and corporate brands. Manage client workstreams, create client-ready deliverables, assist with paid social and search campaigns, conduct social listening and digital audits, measure performance, and support SEO/GEO and reputation efforts. Leverage AI/LLM tools and stay current on platform dynamics to drive optimization and crisis support.

Support and maintain ERP and CRM systems: database administration, SQL report writing, data consolidation and analysis, project coordination, workflow analysis, issue tracking and resolution, and liaising between technical and functional teams.
