Provide on-site Tier 1/2 IT support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking (DNS/DHCP/Wi‑Fi/VPN), printers, MFA, and manufacturing-floor systems. Oversee continuous improvement, capital projects, and engineer development; drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, mentor engineers, establish performance metrics and dashboards, and partner with operations to solve process and equipment issues.

Manage pre-suit personal injury cases: gather documents, investigate, verify coverage, negotiate with insurers, supervise a legal assistant, maintain client communication, schedule and monitor medical care, and prepare files for demand writers.

Generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, discovery calls, trade shows and creative outreach. Collaborate with marketing and enterprise sales, manage pipeline and CRM records in Salesforce, overcome objections, and consistently meet individual sales targets. Support periodic travel as needed.
