Join Bessemer's Growth team to source and evaluate growth-stage investments across AI, software, defense, techbio, and energy. Responsibilities include thesis development, sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, investment recommendations, and portfolio support, with regular travel and founder engagement.

Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs for trucks and heavy equipment: schedule preventative maintenance, track downtime and repair costs, communicate with dealers, collect and review repair estimates, manage purchase orders and rentals in NetSuite, and produce weekly status reports including units down, open repairs, rental spend, and potential warranty claims.

Partner with business leaders to lead budgeting, capital planning, budget vs. actuals analysis, and business case development. Support month-end close, variance reporting, management reporting, and internal/external financial reporting to inform investment decisions.

Serve as front-desk liaison and administrative support for Operations, Dispatch, and Office leadership. Manage calls, visitors, scheduling, document scanning/filing, manifest processing, data entry, customer inquiries, and maintain organized physical and digital records. Support special projects and ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.

Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and compliance (including garnishments and tax notices); manage HR data integrity and reporting; resolve escalated Tier 2/3 HR operations tickets; partner with HR, payroll, benefits, finance and IT; identify trends and recommend process improvements; maintain documentation and confidentiality; support HR systems testing and process enhancements.

Oversee alumnae engagement strategy and daily operations, plan and execute reunions, regional and virtual events, manage alumnae boards and communications, coordinate with Institutional Advancement and Marketing to increase engagement among 15,000+ alumnae, support annual giving and volunteer engagement, and handle travel, evening and weekend event needs.

Serve as the primary executive contact for Spend Management members, building C-suite relationships to drive savings, growth, and strategic account plans. Lead solution development, quarterly business reviews, contract performance, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Drive renewals, conversions, and value-added service adoption while managing projects, analytics, and negotiations to meet financial and strategic objectives.

Greet customers, assist with vehicle selection, conduct test drives, present pricing/incentives, negotiate and close sales, complete paperwork, follow up with leads, handle phone and internet inquiries, and use dealership CRM systems to build customer relationships.

Manage accounting for multiple early-stage clients: prepare and review financial reports; record payroll, AR, AP, and fixed assets; run ad hoc analyses; maintain cloud filing and proprietary app; track billable hours; monitor client Slack and Front; ensure compliance with accounting principles and identify process improvements.

Lead onboarding, mapping, and validation for a Customer Data Hub: write user stories and acceptance criteria, define mastering/transformation logic, perform data lineage and reconciliation, validate integrations and outcomes, support production incidents, create runbooks and documentation, and partner with product, engineering, QA, and governance teams to enable reliable customer data for applications and analytics.
