Lead and execute Turo's US communications strategy, translate complex marketplace dynamics into national narratives, drive earned media and LLM/search visibility, modernize PR workflows with AI tools, position executives, own roadmap and budget, and lead and mentor a high-performing communications team while partnering cross-functionally to align product and regional narratives.

Own top-of-funnel outbound for AI-native prospects using multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video), AI-powered prospecting workflows, and Tavus-powered outreach. Qualify inbound and product-led signals, prioritize accounts, represent the company at events, partner with AEs, maintain CRM data, and share field insights to improve messaging and product positioning.

Lead NPI from first silicon to high-volume manufacturing for precision analog and mixed-signal ICs. Develop and optimize wafer sort and final test solutions (Teradyne UltraFlex IGXL), correlate bench and ATE results, establish production limits, design/validate test hardware (load boards, probe cards, sockets), perform silicon debug/root-cause analysis, support qualification and transfer to OSAT, and create automation tools using Python and JMP to improve throughput and quality.

Help prospective residents find and lease apartment homes using consultative sales and high-quality customer service. Manage tours, answer questions, support renewals, use marketing and social media, and work with teams to meet leasing and retention goals.
