Participate in a 12-week, in-person summer internship with U.S. Soccer, gaining hands-on experience in a selected department. Coordinates screenings, references, verifications, candidate travel, and onboarding transitions. Maintains applicant tracking records and recruiting reports, manages multiple requisitions, partners with hiring managers across locations, represents Pilatus at career events, and supports recruiting process improvements.

Develop, maintain, integrate, test, and document reusable NASA Core Flight System software components. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture, coding, unit and integration testing, CI/CD, configuration management, embedded hardware and RTOS support, customer integration assistance, troubleshooting, and sustaining engineering. The role supports mission-critical flight software throughout the software lifecycle and requires collaboration with NASA, government customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for complex escalations involving Apple MDM, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments. Manages a high-volume ticket queue, troubleshoots root causes, collaborates with Product and Engineering on defects, creates knowledge-base content, mentors support engineers, and contributes to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Manage daily accounts receivable activities, support accounts payable, reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, assist with budgets and financial analysis, prepare tax reports and 1099-MISC forms, maintain financial documentation, support audits, and improve accounting procedures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and on-site work in Chatsworth, California.

Identify and acquire new restaurant customers through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and territory planning. Conduct discovery, product demonstrations, consultative selling, negotiation, and full-cycle sales from initial outreach through contract execution. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain industry knowledge, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Provides entry-level HR support for employee benefits, leave administration, enrollments, qualifying life events, claims, notices, and total rewards programs. Assists with open enrollment, wellness events, employee inquiries, documentation, and communications while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The role also provides clerical support, occasional reception backup, and minimal day travel to field locations.
