Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team: manage calendars, travel and expense reporting, prepare itineraries and briefing materials, coordinate meetings with senior leaders and the Board, handle confidential issues, prioritize tasks, and support special projects with minimal supervision.

Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies, produce actionable insights and financial models, document processes, present findings to stakeholders, manage projects and client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support planning and delivery.

Sell LucidLink to named enterprise accounts through land-and-expand strategies. Build pipeline, close 6-7 figure deals to hit $1.4M ARR quota, manage C-level relationships, multi-thread accounts, navigate legal/procurement/infosec, use Salesforce/ZoomInfo/Outreach, and travel 1-2 times per quarter for clients and events.

Own a portfolio of community bank and credit union clients, drive product adoption and renewals, lead executive business reviews and onsite engagements, identify upsell opportunities, triage escalations, and collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Support to maximize client value and retention.
