Own technical customer success for a cybersecurity platform by driving deployment, adoption, value realization, risk reduction, and renewal readiness. Build success plans, identify usage gaps, mitigate technical blockers, support QBRs and expansion opportunities, and represent customer feedback internally. Recruit and manage accounting firms, software partners, VARs, and advisors; generate and convert partner-sourced leads; negotiate deals; develop partner enablement and operating processes; coordinate with Product, Legal, Sales, Credit, and Success; track performance in HubSpot and Metabase; and document scalable workflows using Google Drive, Slack, and N8N.
