Conduct risk monitoring and ongoing assessments of FINRA member firms, including complex and elevated-risk organizations. Own technical customer success for a cybersecurity platform by driving deployment, adoption, value realization, risk reduction, and renewal readiness. Build success plans, identify usage gaps, mitigate technical blockers, support QBRs and expansion opportunities, and represent customer feedback internally. Partner with security and IT stakeholders, Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals. This is a remote role requiring travel at least twice annually.
